Our mission is to make health sustainable, simple, and empowering—through expert training, personal support, and a mindset that lasts beyond the workout. We guide you to reach your goals, stay accountable, and unlock a healthier, stronger version of yourself—without sacrificing the life you’re working hard to build!

Experience expert, personal attention to your goals with online  1-on-1 personal training including nutrition guidance, mindset coaching​, and weekly check ins that are catered to your busy life OR sign up to receive a new workout plan every other month to reach your goals on your own timeline!

Forever Fitness "Mindset Reset" Mini Book

Fitness goals are achieved FASTER when mental health is included. Created with busy professionals in mind, this mini work book provides short chapters and easy steps to reframe the way you think and transform your outlook of your fitness journey!

Forever Fitness Monthly and Daily Fitness Journals

Keep track of your reps, sets, and weights with our fitness journal, available on Amazon! This is for those who prefer pen and paper over apps for workout tracking. Mindset work, measurements, and nutrition is also included for the whole "shabang"!

About Me

Hi, I’m Deanna! Nice to meet you! Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of helping people build strength, confidence, and lasting fitness habits—but my own journey started long before that.

 

In 2015, I faced one of the hardest moments of my life. A serious spinal injury threatened not only my health, but also my identity as a lifelong competitive dancer. When I was told I may never dance again, I felt devastated—but I refused to accept that as the end of my story. Through physical therapy and strength training, I rebuilt my body and discovered just how powerful movement and resilience can be.

That experience lit a fire in me. I went on to compete in bodybuilding, even earning my professional status during my very first show.

 

However, what I learned from those years is that true health isn’t about pushing your body to the extreme—it’s about creating balance, building habits you can actually sustain, and protecting both your physical and mental well-being for the long run.Today, my passion is guiding others to do the same.

 

Times have changed since becoming a mother of 2, personal trainer, full time employee, AND a business owner. I understand how overwhelming it is to try and fit your fitness into a packed schedule. 

Truth is, fitness does not have to take hours every day (unless you enjoy that kind of thing)! I also understand the flexibility needed within fitness programs so that they compliment your life - not make it harder!

 

I believe fitness isn’t just about short-term results—it’s about cultivating strength, confidence, and positive habits that support you for life. My mission is to always meet you where you are, help you break free from quick fixes, and give you the tools to finally feel at home in your body. I want to be able to give more life to your days, not take more time away from your life (after all, all we have is 24 hours in a day)!

The last thing I want you to know is that without active mindset reframing, it is way harder to hit the goals that you want to achieve. I am here as a valuable resource to help you make sense of it all. I want to help you implement little mindset shifts that make a world of a difference long term in your success.
